Barbering is an art form which is highly sought after internationally and in New Zealand. Whether you want to own your own barber shop, gain full time employment or work overseas, Premier can help you get there. You will develop your skills in scissor, clipper and razor cutting as well as cut throat shaving, tapered fades and all of the classics to work on the barber shop floor.
Outcome: New Zealand Certificate in Barber Skills Level 3
Our tutors have years of barbering experience and a true passion for the industry. You will develop your skills in scissor, clipper and razor cutting as well as cut throat shaving, tapered fades and the classics to work on the barber shop floor.
Tuesday to Friday, 9 am – 4:15 pm
$9,180.00 (inclusive of GST, kit and resources)

Student fees will be held in trust in compliance with section 236A of the Education Act 1989 as amended by the Education Act (No4) 199.
To be eligible for the Barbering Level 3 Course, you must:
- Be a New Zealand citizen, or have 2 or more years permanent residence in New Zealand
- Have parental/caregiver consent if you are under 18 years old
- Be formally exempted from school if you are 15 years old
- Have verified copies of your birth certificate, passport, IRD number and bank account number

Once your fees have been paid you will receive your quality equipment ready to start your new qualification.
